Have you ever wondered, “What the heck is going on with me?” You know you’re not on track and something’s off. You’re not functioning like yourself. But you might not have the words to assess what’s causing these feelings.
In my work with individuals and groups, I’ve found that most people speak in code when it comes to feeling lost. What I hear instead is:
This isn’t working.
I need a change.
I’m sick of this.
I feel stuck in a place I don’t want to be.
I’m tired of having to prove myself.
No one understands me.
In this Mastermind, we use the “where am I” question as your starting point to discover if you’re on track with where you want to be in your life. This Mastermind is all about connecting you…back to you.
Because when you really think about where you’re at, you get the opportunity to dive deep into who you are and what’s driving you forward. During this Mastermind, you’ll get a rear-view perspective to connect your dots. All of sudden, you remember important things about yourself, discover clues that may point you in an exciting direction, and accept that your path is your path.
The Program Format
This Mastermind meets for five consecutive weeks at the same time, on the same day every week for 90-minutes. Sessions are virtual and you can expect to complete activities and exercises between them. Here’s a breakdown of what we’ll be covering:
Week 1 – Welcome! We’ll start withintroductions and review the outline of what’s going to take place over the next 5-weeks. Expectations and protocol are important, so we’ll cover how the virtual meetings work and how to interact so that everyone has an impactful experience.
Week 2 - Confirming Your Whereabouts. Getting to Point B requires an intimate understanding of Point A. We’re going to look at the area of your life that is causing some doubt so that we can create truly fulfilling milestones.
Week 3 - Your Rear-View Mirror. Following our dynamic process, you’ll take a look back over specific periods of your life to reacquaint you with you. Get ready to experience an Ah-HA! moment during this week.
Week 4 - Connect the Dots. The journey backwards usually results in you realizing something you’ve long forgot about yourself worth further exploration. You get an opportunity to truly acknowledge yourself. For some, this will be the first time they’ve seen themselves in a long time.
Week 5 - What Do You See. As you work through our final session together, you are able to take the time to develop a new answer to the question, “where am I?” and start to think about where you want to go.
Many of us have, or will, come upon a “where am I” moment in our lives. With this Mastermind, you’ll gain the tools and resources you need to navigate these moments as they arise in your life.
